Payment Methods

1. Credit Card

• International and domestic payments: All major credit cards are accepted.

• A 5% administrative surcharge applies to online credit card payments.

2. Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer from overseas account)

• Payment via bank transfer is available.

• A bank transfer administrative fee of SGD 30 applies.

• All bank charges must be borne by the payer.

3. PayNow/Paylah

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted on or before 7 November 2026 to qualify for a refund. An administrative fee of SGD 50 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Cancellation requests received after 7 November 2026 will not be accepted. Registrations will be considered chargeable in full, including cases of no-show. No refunds will be provided for paid registrations after the deadline.

Please note that the following charges are non-refundable:

• 5% credit card surcharge for online payments

• Bank transfer administrative fee (SGD 30) for payments made via bank transfer (Telegraphic Transfer)

All approved refunds will be processed within two (2) months after the conclusion of the forum.
