• Velcro will be provided.

• Posters must be in English.

• Ensure content is clear, well-organised and matches the abstract.

• Use high-resolution visuals and avoid jargon where possible.

• Authors must ensure all content is properly cited and copyright-compliant.

• Bring in your creativity. Design your poster to be engaging and visually impactful.
