    All submitted abstracts will be forwarded to the relevant symposium committees for review. Once an abstract has been accepted, a registration invoice will be issued. Payment is only required after abstract acceptance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted on or before 7 November 2026 to qualify for a refund. An administrative fee of SGD 50 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Cancellation requests received after 7 November 2026 will not be accepted. Registrations will be considered chargeable in full, including cases of no-show. No refunds will be provided for paid registrations after the deadline.

All approved refunds will be processed within two (2) months after the conclusion of the forum.
