Short Talk Guideline

Presentation Duration

• Each short talk is allocated 15 minutes, including questions and answers.

• We recommend 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.

• Please keep to your allocated time to ensure the session runs on schedule.

Presentation Slides

• Prepare your slides in English, preferably in 16:9 widescreen format.

• Use clear, readable text and high-resolution figures.

• Keep a backup copy of your presentation in both PowerPoint and PDF formats on a USB drive.

Note: Inform the Secretariat in advance if your presentation includes video, audio or other technical requirements.
